Final submission of the technical drawing course for the first year students at the Industrial Engineering Department of Istanbul Zaim University.
In addition to teaching technical drawing techniques, it is aimed to develop three-dimensional thinking skills. For this purpose, students were divided into 5 groups and each group was asked to produce an industrial design object. The projects were developed during Autocad and Sketchup mediums. Then, material and cost analyzes were performed. The projects whose designs have been completed have been produced as prototypes with the support of the pre-school education laboratory of the university.
Finally, a jury was established and evaluated.
